Gummed paper tape for sealing boxes

FABO gummed paper tapes feature a Kraft paper backing and an adhesive made from corn or potato starch, which activates when moistened with water. They are applied using manual moisteners or automatic taping machines.

The tapes are available in smooth or reinforced versions, in tan and white. For eligible items, FSC®-certified supplies are available upon request. The certification applies to the supply identified as such in the order documentation.

Gummed paper tapes are used to seal boxes intended for packaging and shipping.

The water-activated adhesive bonds the tape to the cardboard; removal may leave visible marks on the surface of the box.
