The 455HM reinforced paper tape is part of the line of packaging tapes made with saturated paper backing and Hot Melt adhesive.
The tape is reinforced with longitudinal glass fibers that increase its already high adhesion. The high tack adhesive formula guarantees an immediate grip on the packaging and for this reason it is particularly ideal for closing even very heavy packages.
The product is extremely resistant, both in terms of breaking load and cutting force. The neutral paper tape is available in both brown and white, but can also be customized with flexographic printing on both colors, thus becoming an effective and immediate communication and marketing tool. It is possible to print from texts to the simplest logos up to multi-color and high-quality prints, whether they are logos, messages, symbols or QR-codes.
For the entire 455HM line it is also possible to request the ribbon with FSC® certified paper.
Also available in jumbo roll version or in printable jumbos (PRINTY version).
This tape has obtained the INGEDE certification. This is an analysis of adhesive removability, which certifies that the tape can be easily separated from the packaging on which it is applied during the paper and cardboard recycling process.
Technical information, storage and use of the product
The product must be used within 12 months from the delivery date (6 months if jumbo). It is recommended to keep the material in its original packaging, away from heat sources and protected from direct light. The storage temperature must be between 15 and 30° C and the relative humidity between 40 and 60%. For storage temperatures different from those indicated, recondition the product to the levels described above. The technical data reported in the sheets result from the average of the analyzes obtained on normal production. Aging can determine the variation of some technical and aesthetic characteristics of the product within the time limits mentioned above without the quality and functionality of the same being compromised. The technical data reported are to be understood with tolerance +/- 10% and may be modified at any time for production needs or technical updates.
