Tape 248, TOP of the range of the Acrylic line, is characterized by its reinforced thickness and a higher quantity of adhesive.
It is a silent adhesive tape with a BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) backing and a solvent-free water-based Acrylic adhesive.
Resistant to UV rays and natural aging. It is a Made in Italy product.
The increased thickness of the backing and the high adhesive weight make it suitable for closing heavy packages.
It can be presented in the colors brown, transparent and white.
This tape has obtained the INGEDE certification. This is an analysis of adhesive removability, which certifies that the tape can be easily separated from the packaging on which it is applied during the paper and cardboard recycling process.
Also available in the following versions:
- colored and printed – with flexographic sandwich or spine technology.
- pack roll – special cutting method that ensures super silent and uniform unwinding of the tape.
- easy cutting – for easy tearing of the tape by hand.
- jumbo roll – converter format.
Technical information, storage and use of the product
The product must be used within 12 months from the delivery date (6 months if jumbo). It is recommended to keep the material in its original packaging, away from heat sources and protected from direct light. The storage temperature must be between 15 and 30° C and the relative humidity between 40 and 60%. For storage temperatures different from those indicated, recondition the product to the levels described above. The technical data reported in the sheets result from the average of the analyzes obtained on normal production. Aging can determine the variation of some technical and aesthetic characteristics of the product within the time limits mentioned above without the quality and functionality of the same being compromised. The technical data reported are to be understood with tolerance +/- 10% and may be modified at any time for production needs or technical updates.
