Below are the 3 phases of the innovation cycle that lead to the introduction of new products:
Research and Analysis

The goal is to identify opportunities for improvement and pinpoint areas where innovation or modification can be introduced.
Prototypes and Tests
After identifying potential solutions, the next phase involves developing prototypes and samples. The department creates initial versions of new products or technologies to test their effectiveness. This process may include laboratory testing, field trials, and in-depth evaluations to ensure that the prototypes meet quality standards and required specifications.
Implementation
After the development of prototypes and validation of products or new processes, the team moves to the implementation phase, starting industrialization. Closer collaboration with customers is often established to integrate the developed products into their processes or final products. Collaboration is often crucial to further adapt and improve solutions based on customer feedback and new challenges that may arise.
