Eco line
Fabo concretizes its commitment to respecting and protecting the environment by introducing the Fabo ECO lines, special lines of articles predominantly based on eco-sustainable components: the support is made of renewable or recyclable materials (PET/paper/kraft paper), in the case of gummed paper the adhesive is also made of plant material, some acrylic and hot melt tapes have obtained the INGEDE certification, which attests to the ease of separating the tape from the cardboard, favoring the recycling process in paper, others the FSC® certification, guarantees that the product has been made with raw materials deriving from forests correctly managed according to the principles of forest management and chain of custody.
The offer of eco-sustainable Fabo products is destined to grow constantly, it is represented by two different logos, where the payoff “Tape Solutions” is replaced by EcoTop and EcoPlus, identifying two groups of articles with different characteristics.

FABO ECOTOP
The ECOTOP line is identified by the brown color, which recalls the color of paper. This line includes gummed paper tape in all its variants: smooth and reinforced.
This particular tape is totally recyclable because it is made of natural substances that allow its total recycling: paper (cellulose) and vegetable glue (corn starch or potatoes).
FABO ECOPLUS
The ECOPLUS line is identified by the color blue and includes:
- Hot melt and acrylic adhesive tapes with 90% recycled PET backing (390PCR and 290PCR).
- Packaging tapes in smooth paper (435HM) and reinforced with glass fibres (455HM), FSC® and INGEDE certified.
- Acrylic packaging tapes produced with water-based adhesive, 100% solvent free, i.e. free from harmful solvents, INGEDE certified.
- Hot melt packaging tapes, INGEDE certified.
- Masking tapes, FSC® certified.
