The origins
Fabo was founded in 1971 as a small artisan company for the production of gummed paper, a product that has always been the company’s strong point, and which has returned to interest in recent years for its ecological and recyclable characteristics.
Today Fabo is a family-run business with deep roots in the Tuscan territory. For over 50 years it has been operating on the international adhesive tape market with competence and reliability, which it makes available every day to its customers, suppliers and distributors of adhesive tapes.
Flexibility and competence have always been among the core values of the company that in over half a century of history has developed distinctive capabilities in the industrial process, in interpreting market demands and translating them into innovative tailor-made solutions.

As a historic manufacturer in the sector, the company presents itself as the ideal partner for the solution of any need relating to adhesive tapes.
The basis of the international success, over 70% of the production is destined for export, is the particular care in relationships and the ability to manage a heterogeneous clientele made up of distributors, printers, cutters, adhesive tape converters and large industries.
This is possible through direct customer management with trained and available sales staff, which guarantees a widespread presence in the national and international territory, providing assistance and support in every phase of purchasing the adhesive tape most suited to the customer’s requests and needs.
Specializations and company mission
Fabo specializes in the production of adhesive tapes with water-based acrylic technology, hot melt and gummed paper, in the customization of tapes with flexographic printing technologies through the use of modern machinery and automated processes.
The automated management of the production cycle and the complete traceability of all materials used guarantee total control over the processes. Multiple coating lines and multiple cutting lines operate on a surface area of 15,000 m2 to produce effective and high-performance adhesive tapes of the highest quality.
